[Notice] Consent required for transferring user data overseas

Hi CoinNess users,
To provide a more stable service, we plan to transfer user data overseas.
Please let us know if you consent by responding to the pop-up notification in the app or on our website by Sunday, May 25, 2025.
⭕ If you consent:
- You can continue using CoinNess with your existing account
- You’ll have access to various services, including the Pearl Store
❌ If you do not give your consent:
- You will no longer be able to use the CoinNess service
- Your account will be deleted
We plan to offer refunds for unused pearls to users who do not consent to the overseas transfer of personal data.
If you would like to request a refund, please follow the format provided below and send it to the email address provided.
🔁 How to Request a Refund
- Email address for requests: cs@coinness.live
- Deadline: May 25
- Email subject: [Pearl Refund] user@coinness.com (Your CoinNess registered email address)
- Email body:
- Number of Pearls held:
- Bank name, Account number, Account holder's name:
- Resident registration number (Required for refunds over 50,000 Pearls. Must match the account holder’s information):
※Only users who do not consent to the overseas transfer of personal data are eligible to apply.
※Refunds will not be processed if the account holder's name does not match or if the number of Pearls is incorrect.
※A 22% tax will be deducted for refunds exceeding 50,000 Pearls (50,000 KRW).
※Once the refund is completed, your account will be considered as having declined the overseas data transfer and will be deleted.
Please confirm your consent status by May 25.
