Archax acquires DDA to expand in European crypto markets

UK digital asset exchange Archax is acquiring Germany’s Deutsche Digital Assets, a $70 million crypto ETP manager, gaining BaFin licenses for portfolio management and investment advisory, according to CoinDesk. The deal strengthens Archax’s presence across the UK, Germany, France and Spain as demand for regulated digital assets grows.
