1. The Rewards Zone is available only to members who have signed up for services provided by NESS LAB LLC. Depending on the type of missions in the Rewards Zone (such as daily tasks, community events, or reaching certain profit or loss levels), NESS LAB LLC may ask members to complete extra account verification. 2. Each mission has its own rules, time period, and eligibility requirements. 3. Members who complete a mission will receive points (called “pearls”) that can be used within NESS LAB LLC, its affiliated services, or partner companies. Pearls are non-transferable and cannot be given or transferred to any third party. They may only be used within NESS LAB LLC, its affiliated services, or partner companies. Detailed terms for using pearls are provided in the separate “Pearl Store Policy.” The name of the points may change without prior notice. Note: Pearls are valid for one year from the date they are issued and will automatically expire after that period. 4. Some missions may be conducted independently by affiliated services or partner companies, without any involvement from NESS LAB LLC. These missions are not associated with NESS LAB LLC, and NESS LAB LLC assumes no responsibility or liability for them. 5. If a member is found to have violated or abused mission rules, NESS LAB LCC may, at its sole discretion, impose a broad range of enforcement measures. These may include, but are not limited to, reclaiming or canceling points, restricting account features, or suspending account access. NESS LAB LCC retains full discretion in determining whether a violation or abuse has occurred and what actions to take in response. Members may not object to or appeal these decisions. 6. NESS LAB LLC will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice to members about any unexpected changes to missions or early terminations. However, this does not mean that NESS LAB LLC is required to give prior notice in such cases. 7. Some promotions may be subject to regional restrictions. If a user is found to be ineligible due to regional limitations, any rewards obtained may be revoked or removed.
