Poland's parliament has reintroduced a cryptocurrency bill that President Karol Nawrocki previously vetoed, CoinDesk reported. The legislation aims to establish a unified supervisory framework for crypto-assets, aligning the country with the European Union's Markets in Crypto-Assets (MiCA) regulation. Politically, the bill is also intended to address national security concerns related to Russia and former Soviet states. President Nawrocki had vetoed the earlier version of the bill, expressing concerns that its strict regulations could threaten the freedom and stability of Polish citizens.
