Arthur Hayes, co-founder of BitMEX, reposted a critical post about Hyperliquid (HYPE) by Kyle Samani, co-founder of Multicoin Capital, and proposed a public bet. Arthur Hayes stated, "If HYPE is a terrible asset, let's make a bet. I believe that from February 10th at 0:00 (local time) to July 31st, HYPE will have a higher price increase than any altcoin with a market capitalization of over $1 billion according to CoinGecko.
