User Support Program

Eligible users may receive a USDT Bonus ranging from $5 to $500 if they meet all of the following criteria:

• Users who experienced forced liquidation losses in trading between 2025-10-10 14:00:00 and 2025-10-11 23:59 (UTC)

• Liquidation loss margin: At least 100 USDT

• Users who have already received compensation are not eligible

The bonus amount will be calculated based on each user’s liquidation loss amount.

Distribution has already begun, and Coinness Trade aims to complete sending the bonuses to eligible users’ Futures accounts within 24 hours.
