Arthur Hayes predicts BTC drop below $80K this weekend

BitMEX co-founder Arthur Hayes stated on X that Bitcoin (BTC) remains in a downtrend, forming lower lows. He anticipates another sharp decline below $80,000 over the weekend, followed by a period of consolidation. On Feb. 26, Hayes projected that BTC could fall to the $70,000 to $75,000 range if U.S. President Donald Trump fails to move forward with his budget.
