Mt. Gox protest sign goes to auction for 4.5 BTC

Kolin Burges, who famously protested outside Mt. Gox’s Tokyo office in 2014 during the exchange’s collapse, is now auctioning the handwritten sign he held during that moment, according to CoinDesk. Once a symbol of crypto’s first major scandal, the sign will be sold on Scare.City with a reserve price of 4.5 BTC. The auction runs until April 3.
