U.S. Bank establishes new cryptocurrency unit

U.S. Bank, the fifth-largest bank in the United States, has established a new unit dedicated to digital asset services, according to a Business Wire press release. The division will focus on developing several services, including stablecoin issuance, cryptocurrency custody, asset tokenization, and digital remittances.
