CZ on potential $4.3B fine return: I would reinvest it in the US

Binance founder Changpeng Zhao has responded indirectly to a question from crypto expert Anndy Lian regarding the possibility of recovering the $4.3 billion fine his company paid to the U.S. government. Zhao described the query as a sensitive question, stating that he is grateful simply for having been pardoned. He added that if the funds were returned in any form, he would reinvest them in the United States as a gesture of gratitude. Binance previously pleaded guilty to charges of violating anti-money laundering and sanctions regulations brought by U.S. authorities, resulting in the $4.3 billion penalty.
