Powell says no decision made on remaining a Fed governor

Federal Reserve Chair Jerome Powell said that no decision has been made on whether he will remain on the Board of Governors after his term as chair expires. Powell's term as a board member runs until 2028. He also declined to answer questions regarding a subpoena. When asked about the value of the U.S. dollar, Powell stated that the currency is the responsibility of the Treasury Department and that the Fed does not comment on it.
