WH's Hassett expects Powell to leave Fed, confident Warsh will become chair

White House National Economic Council (NEC) Chairman Kevin Hassett said he expects Federal Reserve Chairman Jerome Powell will not remain as a Fed governor, adding he is confident that Kevin Warsh will take office as the new chairman in May.
