Iran says Strait of Hormuz will be fully open to merchant ships during ceasefire

Iranian Foreign Minister Araghchi announced that, in accordance with the Lebanon ceasefire agreement, Iran's Ports and Maritime Organization will keep the Strait of Hormuz fully open to all merchant ships for the remainder of the current ceasefire. The designated passage routes will remain the same as previously announced. The two-week ceasefire between the U.S. and Iran is set to expire on April 21.
