Grayscale adds staking to its Hyperliquid ETF

Grayscale has renamed its proposed HYPE ETF to the Grayscale Hyperliquid Staking ETF, filing a Form 8-A for securities registration with the U.S. SEC on May 27. The company had previously submitted a Form S-1 prospectus to the regulator on May 21.
