93% of tokens launched since 2024 trade below TGE price

Ninety-three percent of cryptocurrencies launched since 2024 with a market capitalization of more than $100 million are trading below their token generation event, or TGE, price, according to CryptoRank. Of 113 tokens launched between 2024 and 2026 that now have a market capitalization above $100 million, only eight, or 7.1%, are trading above their TGE price. The median return across all tokens stands at -95.7%. HYPE, ONDO, EVA and NIGHT were among the stronger performers, rising around 1,519%, 101.4%, 20.3% and 16.5%, respectively.
