Upbit to temporarily suspend NEO N3 token deposits, withdrawals on July 31

South Korean exchange Upbit announced it will temporarily suspend deposits and withdrawals for NEO, GAS and other cryptocurrencies on the NEO N3 network from 9:00 a.m. UTC on July 31 due to a NEO N3 network hard fork.
