Polymarket plans legal challenge over French access block

Prediction market Polymarket said it plans to take legal action against French authorities’ decision to block access to its website. Reuters reported France’s National Gaming Authority blocked access to Polymarket last week over concerns about excessive gambling losses among users and the potential manipulation of some betting products. Polymarket said it was disappointed by the unilateral move and plans to challenge the decision in a French court.
