Former CFTC chairman sees less than 50% chance of CLARITY bill passing

Former U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission Chairman Christopher Giancarlo sees the CLARITY bill as having less than a 50% chance of passing, Crypto in America host Eleanor Terrett said on X. Giancarlo added that even if the bill does not pass, cryptocurrency innovation will continue under the regulatory framework now being put in place by the U.S. SEC and CFTC, and that even a future administration hostile to crypto would not easily reverse the institutional progress made over the next two years.
