Scaramucci says CLARITY Act ethics rules fall short, calls for broader insider trading ban

SkyBridge Capital founder Anthony Scaramucci said the crypto ethics provisions in the CLARITY Act are not sufficient and argued that insider trading by members of Congress should be banned more broadly. In an interview with CNBC, Scaramucci stressed that the same ethical standards should apply not only to digital assets but also to lawmakers’ stock trading.
