EU expands Russia sanctions to cover over 100 banks, crypto operators

EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Kaja Kallas said the bloc had imposed sanctions on more than 100 banks and cryptocurrency operators, more than 40 shadow fleet vessels, and multiple refining facilities in Russia and Belarus.
