New wallets withdraw $23M in ETH from exchanges

Two newly created wallets withdrew ETH from exchanges today, according to crypto on-chain analyst The Data Nerd. A wallet beginning with 0xfC2c withdrew 10,000 ETH ($18.81 million) from Bybit, while a wallet beginning with 0x49D9 withdrew 2,101 ETH ($3.95 million) from Binance. Exchange withdrawals are typically interpreted as moves into holding wallets.
