Schumer introduces anti-corruption bill targeting Trump crypto business

U.S. Senate Democratic leader Chuck Schumer has introduced the Anti-Corruption Bureau Creation Act, a bill to establish a new federal agency focused on corruption across the federal government, Cointelegraph reported. The bill states that President Donald Trump reported more than $2 billion in investment gains last year, including $1.4 billion tied to cryptocurrency, and also includes an assessment that the Trump family holds more than $1 billion in a cryptocurrency fund linked to foreign governments.
