Sui to add NIST-approved post-quantum signature methods Sui will adopt two post-quantum signature schemes approved by the U.S. National Institute of Standards and Technology, The Block reported. The move will allow users to optionally use keys resistant to quantum computing attacks that are generated from existing recovery phrases. According to a recent announcement, the Sui blockchain network plans to add ML-DSA-65 as a default protocol-level signature method for standard accounts and introduce the hash-based SLH-DSA-SHA2-128s within Move smart contracts for high-value asset vaults.
