Tether CEO says criticism persists despite KPMG U.S. audit

Tether CEO Paolo Ardoino said some critics continued attacking the company even after a formal audit by KPMG’s U.S. firm, and added he did not care because Tether had already proven itself many times. In an interview with The Block, Ardoino said he was happy to face criticism, adding it helped make the company better and stronger. Asked whether Tether International (TIL) is the issuer of USDT or one of several issuing entities, Ardoino said TIL is the sole entity issuing USDT.
