Binance plans FCA crypto license application to return to UK

Binance plans to apply for a UK crypto license from the Financial Conduct Authority to reenter the British market, according to Wu Blockchain. Wu Blockchain said the FCA will begin accepting license applications on Sept. 30, while the new regulatory regime will take effect on Oct. 25, 2027. Companies must establish a UK base and meet authorization, governance, and compliance standards. Binance is also expected to set up a local board in the UK for that process.
