Wyoming shifts state-backed stablecoin FRNT from LayerZero to Chainlink

Wyoming has migrated its Solana-based state-backed stablecoin, Frontier Stable Token (FRNT), from LayerZero to Chainlink’s cross-chain infrastructure CCIP, CoinDesk reported. The Wyoming Stable Token Commission completed the migration after an extensive security review, and Chainlink CCIP is set to serve as FRNT’s exclusive cross-chain infrastructure under a multiyear agreement. It marks the first time a U.S. government entity has publicly shifted blockchain infrastructure on security grounds.
