Harmony says rollback is complete, network operating normally

Harmony (ONE) said it has completed its blockchain rollback and that the network is now operating normally. The project had earlier carried out the rollback to restore the chain to its Aug. 11 state in response to an incident in which an attacker fraudulently minted a large amount of ONE tokens.
