X to add crypto trading for SOL, ETH and other assets

Nikita Bier, an adviser to X and its former head of product until recently, said the platform will soon let users buy and sell cryptocurrencies directly on X. Pushing back on a user’s claim that X had recently limited the visibility of crypto accounts, Bier said he built the cashtag feature that allows Solana and Ethereum charts to be embedded in posts and added that a trading button is also set to be introduced soon.
