LayerZero to launch ATLAS exchange with Citadel Securities, DTCC

LayerZero (ZRO) will launch a new exchange called ATLAS in collaboration with Citadel Securities and the Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC), The Information reported. ATLAS is designed as underlying exchange infrastructure for other trading platforms and financial institutions rather than as an app for retail users. It will initially support spot cryptocurrency trading and perpetual futures, with plans to expand into prediction contracts, standard futures and options. The platform will be built on Zero, a blockchain LayerZero unveiled in February.
