Coinbase files with U.S. SEC to launch perpetual single-stock futures trading

Coinbase said it has filed related applications with the U.S. SEC to launch perpetual single-stock futures trading in the United States. The exchange said it submitted filings for a derivatives exchange and brokerage services and is preparing to roll out perpetual single-stock futures trading in the U.S.
