WOO X users complain of withdrawal delays as exchange cites system checks

Multiple verified WOO X users have said their withdrawal requests have remained stuck in "pending" or "processing" status over the past three days, according to crypto-focused watchdog social media account ZachXBT. Some users said the delays have lasted for several days. ZachXBT also pointed to allegations that WOO X is linked to Sheldon Xia, founder of BitMart, which began a phased shutdown of its exchange platform in July and is now exploring business restructuring and relaunch plans. WOO X said it is aware of reports about withdrawal processing times and is currently reviewing the relevant cases and system conditions. The exchange added it reserves the right to take legal action against fabricated, distorted, or maliciously distributed false claims that damage the reputations of users or the platform.
