Liquid hackers say they will return most of 4,000 BTC after bug fix

Hackers behind the Bitcoin layer-two sidechain Liquid Network said they will return most of 4,000 BTC once a bug in the network is fixed, according to Galaxy Research head Alex Thorn. Thorn said the hackers have been communicating with Blockstream, the developer of the Liquid Network, through OP_RETURN messages and PGP-encrypted text.
