Upbit says XCN circulation plan revised with 400M token increase in September

South Korean exchange Upbit announced a revision to the Onyxcoin (XCN) circulation plan. The exchange said the projected circulating supply for September 2026 was adjusted to 40,602,432,257 XCN from 40,202,432,257 XCN, reflecting an additional 400 million XCN entering circulation.
