ZCAT completes distribution of 2,320 ZEC to eligible holders

Anonymous Cat (ZCAT), a cat-themed meme coin in the Solana ecosystem, has distributed about 2,320 ZEC to eligible holders through its proprietary transaction-tax mechanism, BlockBeats reported. At current prices, the distribution is worth about $2.75 million. ZCAT charges a 3% transaction tax on every transfer and converts most of the proceeds into Zcash (ZEC), which it then distributes to wallets holding at least $20 worth of ZCAT. As ZEC has recently surged, the value of the ZEC rewards received by ZCAT holders has also risen sharply.
