Solana delays V1 transaction mainnet rollout to Sept. 15

Solana validator client developer Anza said it has delayed the V1 transaction rollout on mainnet to 1:20 a.m. UTC on Sept. 15 after ecosystem development teams asked for more time for testing and integration work. V1 increases the maximum size per transaction to 4,096 bytes from 1,232 bytes, allowing more data to be handled at once for use cases such as ZK proof and large-scale multisignature setups. Existing V0 and legacy transactions will remain supported.
