Coinbase CEO says U.S. crypto rules will clarify even if Clarity Act stalls

U.S. crypto regulatory clarity will be secured regardless of whether the Clarity Act passes the Senate, Coinbase CEO Brian Armstrong said in a recent appearance on CNBC's 'Squawk Box Asia.' Armstrong said senators he has been in contact with support the bill. He added that even if the legislation does not pass, the U.S. SEC and CFTC appear ready to unveil regulatory proposals, which he said would deliver regulatory clarity either way.
