Exchange ETH holdings hit one-year low, down 20%

ETH held on exchanges tracked by crypto analytics firm Alphractal fell 20.2% to 15.39 million from 19.29 million a year earlier, marking the lowest level in the past 365 days. In a post on X, Alphractal said about 3.9 million ETH had been withdrawn from exchanges over the past year, amounting to roughly one-fifth of total exchange-held supply, and described it as a supply shift worth watching alongside price action and demand trends. According to CoinMarketCap, ETH was trading at $2,403.26, down 46.76% over the past year.
