Grayscale seeks to convert Litecoin trust into ETF

Grayscale is seeking to convert its Litecoin Trust into an ETF for listing on NYSE Arca. In an amended S-3 filing submitted to the U.S. SEC on Sept. 11, Grayscale said it plans to rename the product the Grayscale Litecoin Trust ETF once the registration statement becomes effective and the listing proceeds. If listed, it will trade under the ticker LTCN.
