Saylor says BTC regulation, banking services can expand despite Clarity Act gridlock

September 16, 2026, 11:38 AM

Saylor said banks are likely to expand BTC custody and BTC-backed lending, while more capital could flow into BTC and digital credit. He added that regulatory progress for crypto does not necessarily need to wait for additional legislation from Congress.
