Theo launches tokenized silver product thSLVR

RWA platform Theo has launched thSLVR, a tokenized silver product, CoinDesk reported. The product has secured $40 million in silver lease commitments. thSLVR is designed to maintain exposure to silver prices while distributing lease fees paid by institutional borrowers to token holders. With the launch, Theo has expanded its commodity finance business beyond its existing gold-focused operations into silver and plans to use thSLVR as a backing asset for its stablecoin thUSD.
