ProCap Financial sells 50 BTC to repurchase 2.2% of common stock

ProCap Financial (BRR), led by Anthony Pompliano, sold 50 BTC to repurchase 2.2% of its common stock, BitcoinTreasuries reported. The sale reduced ProCap Financial’s Bitcoin holdings to 5,254 BTC. Shares repurchased by the company so far account for 12.2% of total shares outstanding.
