Warsh cites economy, capital competition and geopolitics in Fed rate hike decision

Kevin Warsh, chairman of the U.S. Federal Reserve, said at a press conference that three main factors have shaped the Fed since July: solid economic and labor-market conditions, intensifying competition to attract capital, and geopolitical risks.
