Metaplex launches MPL-3643 standard for RWA and tokenized securities

Solana-based NFT platform Metaplex said it has launched MPL-3643, a new token standard for permissioned real-world assets and tokenized securities. The standard was designed to support compliance and access-control functions required in issuer-led asset tokenization processes. According to CoinMarketCap, MPLX was recently trading at $0.05617, up 4.91%.
