Bitcoin life insurer Meanwhile raises $37.5M in Bain Capital Crypto-led round

Bitcoin-based life insurer Meanwhile has raised $37.5 million in a funding round led by Bain Capital Crypto, Axios reported. The round also included Hon Ventures, Framework, Pantera Capital and Apollo Global, bringing the company’s total funding to more than $180 million. The proceeds will be used to meet demand for BTC-denominated life insurance in Asia, Europe and the Middle East.
