Mt. Gox transfers $937M in BTC to new wallet

Mt. Gox has transferred 10,422 BTC, valued at $937 million, to a new wallet for the first time in eight months, according to Onchain Lens. The new wallet is presumed to be a cold wallet for the defunct exchange. The transfer follows Mt. Gox's decision to postpone its creditor repayment deadline by one year to Oct. 31, 2025.
