Goldman Sachs launches real estate fund token

Goldman Sachs has launched a blockchain-based real estate fund token in collaboration with fund services provider Apex Group and digital asset trading platform Archax, CoinDesk reported. Infrastructure firm Ownera and real estate investment manager LRC Group are also involved in the project. The fund combines a traditional structure with blockchain-based issuance. Shares in the fund will be tokenized via Goldman Sachs's blockchain platform, GS DAP.
