July 12, 2026, 10:04 PM
Eleanor Terrett, host of Crypto in America, outlined on X the key events scheduled for this week, including major U.S. economic data releases, a Federal Reserve report, and procedural developments for the CLARITY Act. She noted that this week's inflation data will include the Consumer Price Index and Producer Price Index. Additionally, new Fed Chairman Kevin Warsh is expected to submit a monetary policy report to Congress, where he will likely address a range of topics. Terrett also mentioned that an amended version of the CLARITY Act, which merges proposals from the Senate Banking and Agriculture Committees, could be released. She explained, however, that key provisions of the act are still under negotiation, with a prevailing view that discussions on its ethics clauses have not yet concluded.
