Kraken executive says Clarity Act has real path forward in Congress

Jonathan Jachym, Kraken’s global head of policy and market structure, said in an interview with Crypto in America that the remaining policy issues surrounding the Clarity Act were largely limited to fine-tuning and that the bill has a real chance of moving forward. Jachym added that if Congress misses this opportunity, the fallout for the U.S. crypto industry could last for years.
