Upbit to temporarily suspend Stellar-based deposits, withdrawals on Sept. 17

South Korean exchange Upbit announced the temporary suspension of deposits and withdrawals for Stellar network-based assets starting at 3:00 p.m. UTC on Sept. 16, citing a Stellar Lumens (XLM) network upgrade.
