Capital B buys 4 more BTC, bringing total holdings to 3,525 BTC

Europe-listed Capital B, which has been strategically accumulating Bitcoin, said it bought four more BTC for about €270,000 ($299,000) on Sept. 14, local time. The purchase was funded through a €250,000 ($277,000) capital increase conducted at €5.64 per share. Following the purchase, total Bitcoin holdings at Capital B and its subsidiary Capital B Luxembourg SA rose to 3,525 BTC. The combined acquisition cost stands at €309.7 million ($342.8 million), with an average purchase price of €87,854 ($97,300) per BTC.
